Now her women-owned firm manages over 3.5 million square ft in properties and growing. Pinkard believes extra girls need to have a voice in the actual estate industry. Throughout her career, she’s pioneered pathways for fellow women in actual estate to pursue opportunities previously held beyond their atta in. “I’m keen about creating management opportunities to help other girls climb the ladder,” Pinkard says. “I need to be proactive. For instance, if I see a speaker panel with no ladies audio system on it, I will name the organizers and ask them ‘can I assist you to discover other proficient ladies to participate on this occasion?’” Pinkard sees increased inclusivity as having many positive ramifications. “If you want to construct for what’s subsequent for everybody you need to bring individuals of various backgrounds and experiences to the desk.
